About The Old Vicarage

A beautiful period location 15 mintues from junction 20 on the M25

The Old Vicarage is a well loved and lived in village house set within a conservation area.  The house has a large and pretty garden, a separate restored former Coach House and an outdoor swimming pool.  
There are plenty of period details, from window shutters, marble fireplaces, secret stairs and wine cellars to an original horses manger in the Coach House.
The house is of mixed building periods with the earliest part of the house dating from the mid-17th century, with subsequent early Victorian additions and a 21st century orangery style kitchen.
There are multiple garden 'rooms'; a courtyard garden, wooded area, large lawn, swimming pool and ornamental vegetable garden.  There is a plenty off street parking and additional parking nearby within the village.
The Old Vicarage is a versatile house with uncluttered rooms that reflect the varying historical additions.
For smaller shoots, we can provide overnight accommodation, with secure storage for equipment.  Redecoration in most of the rooms and exterior features is a possibility.
